在设备上处理的信息
当你主动使用相应功能时，ToneRecipe 会在设备本地处理你选择的目标照片、参考照片、参数截图、粘贴或输入的调色文字、OCR 结果、可编辑参数、项目、预设和设置。Vision OCR、确定性规则解析、Core Image 渲染及项目/预设存储均在设备本地运行。
ToneRecipe 不要求创建 App 账号。
不收集、不追踪
当前版本不会把照片、截图、OCR 全文、配方、项目名称或编辑活动上传给开发者，也不包含第三方广告、分析或崩溃收集 SDK，不使用广告标识符，不进行跨 App 追踪。
App 仅在进程内保存有限的非内容状态用于功能边界；开发构建可能把白名单状态写入 Apple 系统日志，Release 构建不会上传分析事件。
照片、相机与麦克风
照片权限用于读取你通过系统界面主动选择的普通照片或 Live Photo，以及把编辑结果保存到相册。ToneRecipe 不会浏览或上传你的完整照片库。
相机只会在你主动选择拍摄时使用。麦克风仅用于为拍摄的 Live Photo 保留现场声音；拒绝麦克风权限后仍可拍摄普通照片。相机、视频与音频内容均不会上传给开发者。
购买与免费额度
免费版每个日历月提供 5 次成功图片导出。成功次数及月份保存在设备钥匙串中，以减少卸载重装后重复领取额度的情况。
ToneRecipe Pro 永久版由 Apple StoreKit 处理，不会自动续费。开发者不会接收或保存银行卡或 Apple 账户密码；App 仅读取 Apple 提供的交易和权益状态。
保存、删除与保留
项目、配方、自定义预设和设置保存在 App 本地。你可以在“最近”中删除记录，在预设详情中删除自定义预设；已保存到系统相册的内容需要在“照片”中单独删除。
卸载 App 会移除 App 容器中的项目、配方和设置，但 iOS 可能保留钥匙串中的免费导出计数。ToneRecipe 没有开发者云端账号或服务器照片/OCR 归档，因此不存在远程 ToneRecipe 账号需要删除。
包含人脸的照片与面部数据
ToneRecipe 可以处理你主动选择或拍摄的目标照片、参考照片和 Live Photo，其中可能包含可见人脸。App 将它们作为普通图像，在设备本地用于识别图片中的调色文字、分析整张参考图的亮度与色彩、预览编辑效果和导出。App 不检测或识别人脸，不提取面部关键点、几何结构、面部模板或生物识别标识，也不推断身份、年龄或情绪。
文字识别使用设备上的 Apple Vision；参考图分析的是整幅图像的统计信息，而不是面部特征。App 不会自动向开发者或第三方上传照片或分析结果，也不会将其用于广告、追踪、身份识别或 AI 模型训练。App 内主动分享的卡片包含配方文字，不包含输入照片；你通过系统相册分享导出照片时，由你选择接收方。
当前编辑内容可能暂存在内存中。为了继续编辑，“最近”会在 App 本地保存目标照片、预览、参数及适用的 Live Photo 文件；自定义预设可能保存根据编辑照片生成的封面。这些记录即使包含人脸，也按普通图片处理，没有固定到期日，会保留至你在“最近”删除相应项目、在预设详情删除相应预设，或删除 App。参考照片原图和 OCR 截图不作为独立的人脸档案保存；识别出的文字和生成参数可能随项目保存。Live Photo 处理可能产生本地工作缓存；相关会话、预览或导出结束后，App 会清理不再使用的资源，中断后遗留的缓存也可能由 iOS 回收。
已导出到系统“照片”的内容须在“照片”中另行删除；删除 App 不会删除这些相册内容，也不一定移除系统保留的免费导出计数。ToneRecipe 没有开发者运营的云端照片存储。你启用的 iOS/iCloud 备份与 iCloud 照片由 Apple 和系统设置管理；系统可能联网取回你主动选择的 iCloud 照片，或同步已导出的照片。开发者无法访问这些系统备份或照片同步内容。
儿童与内容
ToneRecipe 是通用照片工具，并非专门面向儿童。当前版本不提供公开主页、社区、评论、消息或行为广告。请只导入你有权使用的内容。
政策变更与联系
数据处理方式如有变化，开发者会在分发相关版本前更新本政策和 App Store 隐私回答。

ToneRecipe processes selected photos, Live Photos, reference images, OCR text, recipes, projects, and presets on device. The current release has no app account, advertising, tracking, third-party analytics SDK, or developer-operated photo/OCR upload. Camera access is used only after the user chooses to capture; microphone access is used only to preserve ambient audio in a captured Live Photo. Apple StoreKit processes the one-time Pro purchase. Photos containing faces and facial data
ToneRecipe processes photos, reference photos, and Live Photos that you select or capture; these may contain visible faces. It treats them as ordinary images for on-device text recognition, whole-image brightness and color analysis, editing previews, and export. It does not detect or identify faces, extract facial landmarks, geometry, templates, or biometric identifiers, or infer identity, age, or emotions.
Apple Vision recognizes written editing parameters on device; reference-photo analysis measures the whole image, not facial features. The app does not automatically upload images or analysis to the developer or third parties, or use them for advertising, tracking, identification, or AI model training. The user-initiated in-app share card contains recipe text rather than the input photo. You choose recipients when sharing exported images through Photos.
Current editing content may be held in memory. Recents saves target images, previews, settings, and applicable Live Photo resources locally to resume editing; a custom preset may save a cover generated from the edited image. Images containing faces follow the same rules as other images. Saved projects and preset covers have no fixed expiry and remain until you delete the project in Recents, delete the custom preset in its detail screen, or delete the app. Original reference images and OCR screenshots are not stored as separate facial records; recognized text and editing settings may be saved with a project. Live Photo processing may use local working caches. The app cleans up resources no longer needed during the relevant session, preview, or export lifecycle; iOS may also reclaim files left after an interruption.
Delete exported images separately in Apple's Photos app. Deleting ToneRecipe does not delete those library items or necessarily erase the system-retained free-export counter. The developer operates no cloud photo storage. iOS/iCloud backups and iCloud Photos are controlled by Apple and your device settings; the system may download a photo you choose from iCloud or sync an exported image. The developer cannot access these backups or synchronized photos.
